Grappa of Cabernet Sauvignon
and Merlot Bolgheri

From the desire to enhance every stage of wine production come our artisan spirits, a refined expression of raw materials and time. After vinification, the pomace of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is processed in the distillery to create two artisan grappa labels: 'La Grappa' and 'Grappa Riserva', aged in French oak barriques. Two elegant, intense spirits characterised by enveloping aromas and great balance, perfect to accompany the end of a meal.

Quality brandy
aged in barrique for at least three years

Our brandy is born from the distillation of wine obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of the estate, then aged in barrique for at least three years. A unique spirit, rich in complex aromas and deep nuances, capable of offering a fine, warm and intense sip. To be enjoyed slowly, on its own or accompanied by a cigar, in front of a fireplace.
